    Gp800r Running Lean

    I have an 2001 GP800r. I bought it with 80 hours, compression at 117/118, and 100% stock. I ran it 4 times and everything ran great. Then I decided to put wave eaters and put an oil block off kit for precautionary measures. I run premix Maxima Premium 2 at 32:1.
    My first and only time out with the mods it was extremely hard to start. Once I got it to start, it seemed to run fine. It was easy to start as long as the engine was still warm. Checking the plugs showed it was running really lean. It was white with a hint of tan. It only sat for 2 weeks in between rides so I don't think carbs gummed up that quick. Need help!

    - Does installing the oil block off kit and running premix lean it out?
    - Should I remove the choke and install a primer? This would only be to aid in starting.
    - Should I get bigger pilot and main jets or just adjust the low and high speed screws?

    I had a GPR800 and it always had a hard start do to jetting you should install a primer kit...and rich up the carbs a little.

    Stock is 150 Main jet and 90 Pilot jet by chance do you have a starting point as to how much richer?
