    2012 PX260 First Ride GRF #TERBO

You know how most turbo build threads lead you on for months on end with no numbers...not this one

Long story short, broke my shoulder pretty badly about 4 months ago. Knowing I couldn't ride for the rest of the summer, I reached out to Evan to do a turbo build for me to give me something to look forward to when I could finally ride again. To say he did a fantastic job is an understatement. He really went above and beyond. Well it finally got delivered Saturday.

    Parts list;
    M130, Dash, Wideband, EGT
Fully built, ported head compliments of Shrabber
Aluminum Intake Manifold, compliments of Shrabber
    Billet Cam
    Riva Pump
    Riva Intake Grate
    Riva Gen 3 IC
    Light flywheel
    Rhaas motor mounts(hard compound)
GFR Turbo Kit with rare Tial water Jacketed Housing
    Stock bottom end and pistons
    Jims Ride Plate Mod
    Open Loop
Probably a few other items I've forgotten.

First time out; 15psi, 86.x in the logs, mid 70's salt water. This was sitting upright in the seat. I was way to scared to hang off the back at these speeds...actually when I saw 88 I started letting off. I couldn't wipe the silly ass grin off my face the whole time. The acceleration was absurd.

    My little friend

I'll dig up some more pictures of the build as I have time.

Hope to do some more riding tomorrow, only got out for about an hour this weekend.

So what's next? Not sure yet. I have a few goodies still left, two piece rotax racing shaft, Riva Ram Air setup, M150 computer.

Probably going to enjoy it as is for a while.

THX EVAN...YOU DA MAN! Ok now everyone go get you one of them GRF Terbo Kit's

    Good ole 93

Open loop cooling, no coolant tank

    Riva IC

What is this PRV you speak of, those things are for sissies

prop is 15/22r Some left over POS that Evan sold me

I think that is Tial actuator...Evan?

The ski felt very planted the whole time, I do have pressure sensor on the tunnel but I ran out of inputs to the M130. Probably going to wire up to the Dash, pretty tough to watch the dash at 80+ though.

We are running a fuel pressure sensor into the Motec.

    Who me or Evan HaHa

I did all the hard work before he got it, installed a new pump shoe and installed the ride plate, installed Rhaas motor mounts. The alignment is absolutely perfect!
