Not sure why it's sideways, it's not like that on my iPad.

    How long is the kayak?

Would it fit between the forward portion of the PWC hulls if the kayak was inverted? I expect the upside down kayak would stick forward over the tongue, but if the overhang is not too much then a tongue extension could be added to bring the coupler out past the tip of the kayak.

The tongue extension can be hinged. Fulton makes a very nice tongue hinge that allows the extension to fold back so the overall length of the trailer is the same when parked.

I added a Fulton hinge to my Triton trailer and added about 3 feet to the tongue length. Four feet or more is possible, depending on trailer weight and tongue dimensions.

Kayaks are fairly light weight so how about making something like T frame that mounts from and back to the trailer frame and the kayak sits on top of the T.

I would thing two of these would work pretty well: http://www.atvramps.com/discountramp...extender-3.jpg

Might have to do some diagonal bars on the front one to stabilize it but that would be easy!
