I'm not one to normally hype before results... BUT.... (E85)
We are testing e85 on a Spark with the following mods:
-Solas 17 prop (Not pitched)
-Riva SS wear ring
-e85 pump fuel
-Ride plate trued
-Sponsons max raised
Everything else is stock.
Rev up video:
Using 8900 as base limiter.
We are hoping for 300 RPM gain, but this is a "wish" rpm gain.
Our other wish is 100 km/h / 60 mp/h on a stockish spark.
Current RPM on salt fluctuate between 8040-8080.
If we get 8200+ just from fuel change, I'll be happy.
8300+ and I might have to try some of that ethanol in a beverage!

We will also test if there is any "heat fade" like on normal pump fuel.

I am very keen to see any evidence of 58+ GPS mph on a non-turbo Spark.
Has anyone GPS'd a Spark yet with 'all' of the bolt ons available plus a good tune?

I have every bolt on And my spark is tuned. But I can't get prop right. Either it jumps off the line or it doesn't and top end never any higher than 51
I have air intake
Riva water box
Worx rear exit
Ss wear ring

My bone stock ski averages 51.5mph GPS over 3 runs on a lake.
Traditionally Skat props are better for bottom/mid and Solas better for top end. But either will need to be pitched for the right RPM's.
Also, not sure if the rideplate (R&D or Worx) will offer any increase yet?
