    Anyone know what its made out of? Is it the same crappy casting as the R&D Grate?

    That looks like cast. Is it sand cast? Need to see it up close. From what I can tell the casting looks better than the other guy's.

    looking closely at the pics you can see surface imperfections under the coating so its definitely not a billet piece that was CNC'd. But is it a better cast than R&D's crap I can not tell. The fact that its coated leads me to believe that its not Stainless so I might just have to wait for riva to release a stainless unit if this is a crappy casting as well.

    It is interesting that this is that much more than the Tunable version for the SHO.

    these are sand casted in the USA using aircraft grade aluminum and heat treated to T6 for superior strength and durability, these intake grates are significantly stronger than the OEM intake grate and built to withstand the high speeds of modified craft.

    Hope someone buys one soon and reports back on fitment. If this actually fits with out having to force it I will give it a try.
