    77.5 mph with stock intercooler.... is this the problem?

    hello....
    I wanna go faster.

    my mods...

    riva E1
    R&D R3 ecu
    15/23 160mm skat impeller
    87mm 3° svho nozzle 92 mm steering nozzle

    today...
    8160 rpm 77.5 mph

    what could me expect from installing a good aftermarket intercooler?
    I'm thinking on Fizzle Y1000 or riva gen 2...

    Def ur problem... That's motor is begging for an intercooler especially with an upgraded wheel. It needs one with just the stock wheel on r3. You'd gain a big amount.. Go fizzle, much easier and cleaner install.

    Fizzle and a depitch will probably rock that thing. I'd put fizzle on first and then pitch to target rpm after testing. I'm guessing the fizzle alone will put you around 81 and rpm at 8400-8500

    I have another impeller.... 13/19 160mm ... but... I can't get off the 15/23 from shaft... I don't want to destroy this impeller... so I will try again this winter...
    I tried with 2 x 1.20 mt long wrench...
    I tried to get hot the impeller
    I tried with big air gun...
    Impeller is stuck on shaft...
    I have also a R4 reflash with 9500 rpm limiter... from gus...
    but for now...
    I'm at 8160 rpm 77.5 mph with this impeller and r3 program.
    i will buy for sure Fizzle... next spring... or I will email to santa claus...

    Ale intercooler will help some but even with the big nozzle your speed is still not going to be there with that prop.if your only going 77 it shouldnt be that hard to get off if you are using the right tools.now when your going 85+ tools wont even help you there

    The stock intercooler isn't even adequate for the stock wheel let alone an upgraded one.

    I tried standing up on the work bench and jumped hard on the wrench to break the prop / shaft loose. it did worked LOL

    oem injector. afr 10.9 at wot. I have to decrease fuel pressure. i know.

    I did myself 2 very long wrench... 50 inch long ... with no results...
