    Aftermarket Spark grips....

Has anyone fitted an aftermarket grips for their Spark?

I have offered up an ODI grip to the stock bars but they are too short to lock the outer clamp.

    Anyone?

A member here named Steach fabricated the outer clamps for ODI grips but did a limited production run and sold out. I've heard a number of dudes around here with Seadoo models other than the Spark say they use ODI grips without the outer clamps and everything has been fine...just doesn't look the greatest.

Read through these threads to see what I'm talking about. Steach said his clamps were made for ski's that have IBR because he's only tested them on IBR skis...I would think they would still work on non a IBR ski though.

they should work just fine. i dont think seadoo changed the actual bars well where the grips bolt to. if you take the grip off and it looks like half the bar is missing and there is a brass plate then they will work.

hopefully steach will make some more. i dig mine.

Without taking off my grip...From what I can tell...it looks the same...even the same stock Seadoo grips as everything else.

Do you have less hand fatigue with the Yeti grips?

sorry i missed this Q.. yes i noticed a huge improvement with hand fatigue using the yetis (figure any ODI would have the same results) over the stock grips. i do not like the hump that the stock grips have.
