    less than $10 to transform my engine bay (pictures)

    I spent approx 3 hrs cleaning with de greaser (50% mix with water), then bleach(5% mix with water), more bleach, and a shop vac. All stowaways dealt with appropriately!

    Best I can tell the 10 gallons of premix in the tank was at least 2 years old!

    One of those stowaways, a scorpion, the other, a 4" roach.

    I did take an afternoon to get the fuel take looking new (mostly) again. I'll post those at a later time.

    You gotta wounder WTF did you do (whom ever did it) to get your bilge that nasty ....I have a 99 challenger that must have been parked next to yours .....I just used Purple power they sell it in 5 gal pails 2 of them and I drove around with it on my truck for a few days Click image for larger version.

    I have a Speedster that iam almost finished , tell u what ...what a pain in the ass to work on ...

    Ya they have tons of room to work on both engines LOL .....I m gona fit my 99 Challenger with twin 951 motors with some mild work I bought the boat without engines so why not !!!!

    How bad was it to pull that fuel tank out ....thats the last thing I have to do is pull the tank to see whats under that

    I had to stop working on seadoo boat engines last year..always too painful and some of these boats are in awful shape.

    I like purple power and driving around to clean hulls.

    Looking much better after all your effort I spent days cleaning the engine bay on my sportster a few weeks ago, went through bottle after bottle of cleaning solution and a load of nylon brushes. Worth the effort when you've finished, It's nice to stand back and admire the nice clean finish
