less than $10 to transform my engine bay (pictures)
I spent approx 3 hrs cleaning with de greaser (50% mix with water), then bleach(5% mix with water), more bleach, and a shop vac. All stowaways dealt with appropriately!
Best I can tell the 10 gallons of premix in the tank was at least 2 years old!
One of those stowaways, a scorpion, the other, a 4" roach.
I did take an afternoon to get the fuel take looking new (mostly) again. I'll post those at a later time.

That Purple Power is some good stuff for sure. No need for the "fancy nancy" cleaners! Looking good

I had to stop working on seadoo boat engines last year..always too painful and some of these boats are in awful shape.
I like purple power and driving around to clean hulls.

Looking much better after all your effort I spent days cleaning the engine bay on my sportster a few weeks ago, went through bottle after bottle of cleaning solution and a load of nylon brushes. Worth the effort when you've finished, It's nice to stand back and admire the nice clean finish
