    fx svho intake grate vs riva(pics)

    haven't gone out yet,but just a couple of pics('15 Fx)....install went well with pump seal kit...will follow up with ride results.(sorry about the sideways s)

    I have a bunch of svho oem intake grate vs R&D I can post up. Have you tried out the riva yet? I am interested in results.

    The main difference in the RIVA is they eliminated the long center support. The wing size, location, and shape look identical to stock.
    The main difference in the R&D is they shortened the front top loader wing and also moved the inner portion of this wing back to the location of the outer ones making one fluid straight wing.

    Largest difference I noticed with R&D was cavitation seemed less and handling was a bit better. Top speed seemed about the same and I have no idea on chop hookup yet.

    Waiting for riva results but something I may be worried about is there is quite a large opening to suck up good size debris. At least on the R&D you still have that center bar there...

    i agree about the debris issue, i ride a lot of lakes and rivers too , if its bad, i'll have to try R&D ....hope to get out before the holidays, will post results.

    Did you check your stock mph that way you have a comparison when you get out there??
