    Seadoo RXPX 260

    Hi all

I have a 2012 Seadoo RXPX 260 model ski, just serviced, just had supercharger rebuilt, was all good until I was out riding in Sport Mode engine light came on and shut ski down. Towed back to shore, starts and runs in ECO mode, no codes coming up BUT as soon as you switch to sports mode shuts down again....

    Any ideas???

Probably need to read the fault codes with a diagnostic tool to see what is showing now... You can only see active faults on the display...

Curious of how far you had your ski towed, I've read on here that RXPX's shouldn't be towed unless you have a shut off valve installed, because it can allow water to get into the engine. Just for your information

you can tow em slow. What happens is water forces its way through the exhaust mani, fills up the water box then you have a chance of water working back up into the head.
