06 RXP Alot of White Smoke

good day, purchased a 06 RXP in what seems to be very nice shape. The owner also just had the SC replaced. The machine has 119 hrs on it.
When I start the machine there is a ton of white smoke, oil is clean and at the proper level and the Anitfreeze is also clean and at the correct level.

Did I buy a lemon, where should the diagnosis begin.

    Thanks for your inputs

Your compression is really low, should be around 130 or so. Do you have white smoke starting in on the trailer?

Depends on where his timing is. 05 and 06s run better with the timing pulled back. I'm sitting at 120.

90% of the time it is heavy steam that people see. Open your exhaust and make the water routing more efficient and put non ICd water through the manifold it all but goes away.
