Does this cam bearing surface look OK?
I'm in the process of my first MR1 rebuild from a 2002 FX140. The crank looks great as do the main/rod bearings. However, my cams looked like they had pretty uneven wear. There was nothing to the extent that I could feel a groove but they look unevenly worn. The image below shows the worst looking bearing surface. If it is a problem what are my options? Line bore and new cams?

Hard to say. Maybe a closer shot will help (on cell phone)
Remove the cam and look at the cam journal. Usually the journal is scored up more then the cam due to the head being aluminum and cam steel.
Most importantly if it is scored up deep you need to find the cause. If its light scoring you can take it out with lightly honing the journal and cap
