    4-tec drive shaft sizing

    I am currently in the process of a putting together a conversion ski comprising of a 215hp doo motor in a ultra 250x hull.
    Does anyone know the difference lengths of the doo drive shafts and also are the splines at both ends the same for all shafts.

    Engine side splines are all the same.

    I only know about the older, pre t3/s3 shafts. The rxp shaft is about 2" longer. Don't know the exact lengths off the top of my head. Gtx shafts from the same era are smaller in diameter and so are the prop splines.

    I have a shaft that I had made for my conversion that lets you use a coupler like the kawi/ yami's use. May be something to consider if your planning on keeping the kawi pump.

    Sorry for the ignorance but what are t3 and s3. I assume hull designs.

    For some reason I wasn't getting notifications for this thread. Sorry. I have been searching everywhere for this shaft and found everything associated with it except the dam shaft! I'll let you know if it turns up. There is a print of it in my conversion thread somewhere if you want to check it out.
