    Locking Grips

Found these locking grips on Amazon. $8.00 shipped for prime members.... I ordered a set. Comes with allen wrench and end plug. The grip pattern isn't as aggressive as ODIs, but they are still nice!! I'm buying more....

Make sure the locking screws are stainless or they will rust rather quickly. Should be a rather inexpensive replacement from any hardware store. ODI does have some grips that are smoother like the ones you have. Cant beat that for 8 bucks though.

Have you evaluated any of these with your own eyes/hands yet?

we bought 2 pair this year and used them on our stand up skis, the grip was good & they held up great (one season), for the price and ease of installation, I give them a solid A

Yes, but have yet to install them so I can't yet comment on fitment. The finish on the aluminum clamps is not great, with dimples and pitting. I would guess these are factory rejects from ODI or similar when it comes to finish. Probably sold off to recoup costs at a bargain basement price then packaged and branded with stickers. Grip surface feels OK, perhaps not as tough as the ODIs. The screws are worth looking into per Bryan's comment above......
