    Am I in troubles?

I has a mr-1 high output engine that was not in use for nearly 7-8 years now I can't barely turn the shaft by hand even I pulled all plugs out it's tight. Is that bad?

It may be because you have created to many threads. People just brush over them.

As for the motor. Pour a little oil down each spark plug hole and let it sit. Then try and turn the engine over with plugs out. From what I have read the valves can stick on these motors or any engine that has had some time on the water so turn it slow.

Other than that, thats what I would do. Give it time someone else will chime in. With jets skies you will need to develop some patients.

I sprayed wd-40 in each and let it soak overnight.

Some wd-40 rust penetration fluid did the trick for me. let it sit for a while and give it another try.

Is this engine in a boat right now? I had the pump tunnel swell up once and the shaft obviously wouldn't turn. I thought I had a locked up engine but when I pulled it forward from the intermediate shaft it turned over freely. Had to replace the pump tunnel assembly but it sure was a relief that my engine was fine.

You won't turn it over easily at all!!!

I have that motor and it has a BIG gear reduction which means is a gear multiplication when you try to spin the output shaft by hand!!!!

Try crancking it over with starter motor, Julio...
