Would there be any interest is stroker cranks for the Yamaha?

This is THE slowest time of the year here at the Forum, and may not provide an accurate gauge of the demand or interest.
I do think it would be a great option for us to have & would compliment an R&D 1.9 setup really well! For those with the $ to go all in..

I think u should do it if they work anything like the cranks u build for grudge bikes then it will be perfect. Build a few of them im sure u wont have any problem selling them to a racer. Or course a billet crank would be nice but a weld up would great to start with to test out the market
