What does this hose attach to?

Recently bought a new [to me] waverunner and was cleaning it out and came across this hose that was not attached. I asked the seller if he knew and he said he was not sure. Does anyone know where it goes? Please see pictures. One end of the hose is attached to the white cap under the back seat cover (pictured) and the other end was not attached to anything. Can someone please let me know what it's for and where it goes? Many thanks.

You have a sealed Odyssey AGM no need or no where to attach the hose to...........just cable tie it somewhere out of the way!
