Msx150 rebuild finally !!!!!
So ordered the parts I needed to rebuild my engine in my ski as I had purchased this as a non runner fairly cheap during the end of last season. Got the block out and stripped down to find it had spun the bearings on the conrods and the nikasil plating had started flaking off the cylinder walls.
so after much waiting , reading forum after forum I gathered all the info I needed to no.
so about 3 months ago I sent the block away and had to steel liners fitted to replace the old nikasil plating, bear in mind I've not long had the block back as the company I used were very unprofessional and a royal pain in the arse. But waited it out and £470 later I got the block back.
so now I was in need of parts so I jumped online and searched up weber power where I've been able to get everything I need bit of the expensive side as I have to import all the parts but what a fast delivery time , so was very impressed.
So been quite busy past couple of days cleaning up all the parts and measuring bearings ready for re assemble and this is where I'm at so far .

Nice! I know this path well.
Did you get the Wiseco pistons from WeberPower? I did and I too have my block sleeved. The Wiseco pistons dropped the compression from stock 9.0:1 to 8.5:1... which on a turbo engine should help fend off pre-detonation.
