Thumbs up Deadliest season on record!

Up to 20 boating deaths (in Fl.) this year already, versus only 8 at this time last year. They say it's due to lack of knowledge....there's a shocker!

Go take a captains class guys! Save your family and possible others as well. Know what you're doing. Don't just do what your friends do. Learn to do it the RIGHT way!

    That is all.

    Sean

I believe the problem is your weekend riders. In NJ you must take the boating course.

Doubtful, FL is based on tourism. But is might be a cash cow if they did it.

Really sucks, and might get worse. Our ramps are getting packed with people these days, about 75 people moving to our county every day and most want to hit the water.

Problem is, our dealers take the dough and hand over the keys. A new guy doesn't get told jack other than bring it back after 10 hours.

Insted of getting the gov involved, the dealers should throw in a course so a new guy knows how to act. No course = No keys...
