Thumbs up 2002 GP1200r Running Great!

Whats Up Green! so ive owned my Gp1200r for about 6 months and so far shes been great to me! Aside from having to pretty much re-do the entire ski when i got it since i was screwed over. Pretty much resurrected it from the dead. Installed new motor, wire harness, cdi, gauge, impeller, motor mounts, couple misc things re did the trailer also. But so far shes on point! and i ride it every saturday about a 70 mile trip with a few friends with newer rxpx's/rxtx's and im staying right next to them. Currently the ski is averaging 68-70 mph gps. But im getting the itch again and want to gain a few more MPHs, following are the current mods. anything that isnt to crazy that will give me a little more speed would be appreciated.

Motor is Healthy at 125+ Compression on all 3 Cylinders even #3!
    Riva Angled Ride Plate
    Riva Intake Grate
    Riva Flame Arrestors
Re-jetted carbs per OSIDEBILLs specs R.I.P.
    D-plate and chip
    Stepped Sponsons
    Solas 13/19 Impeller
    R&D extended aluminum nozzle
    Wave Eater Clips
    Sealed Pump Shoe
Premix 40-1 She Likes Quick Silver Oil.... tried yamablue and synthetic quicksilver but the semi works best.

i just ordered a milled head from Jim and is supposed to increase compression to 150 if im correct, What gains will i see with this head??? i am also in the process of saving to send him my plate so it can be re-worked, any other suggestions?

That 02 has the longer intermediate shaft, and shorter driveshaft. Adding a 2 inch extension, cable extenders, HO pump (with 30"driveshaft) and Dynafly would be a very worthwhile upgrade IMO

also a good set of aftermarket reeds (VFIIIs) would gain quite a bit of performance

I have built quite a few boats like yours with rejetted carbs and F/As, reeds and compression, HO pump with extension and Dynafly, and aftermarket grate and plate and they end up in the 74-75 mph range
