    can it be done?

It may be a silly question but want to ask. Modified a closed loop coolant system in my Yamaha fxho? Do they selling a kit? If not I am thinking about try use a radiator with fan from Grizzly ATV?

can probably be done using a heat exchanger and proper thermostats.

All things can be done with enough money!!!

you can use a heat exchanger off a HVAC condominium pocket unit. The challenge is that you will then need a water pump to pump coolant through engine.

No need to go around the mountain to get across the street.

Exploring certain mods is rewarding. This one seems wasteful.

I will use in salt water all of the time so I thought a closed loop system would be better. She has new engine so I don't want take chance.

I don't see Why this would be wasteful? I doubts it's going to be cost that much and more comfortable feeling when use her in salt water.
