After almost a decade of consecutive charity based annual freeride events, JetFest will once again return to Sport Island Pub on Saturday, June 27th., in Northville, NY. Event participants are encouraged, but not required, to spend the weekend camping at Northampton Campgrounds (http://www.reserveamerica.com/campin...=NY&parkId=681 ) , as many attendees spend the weekend based from the beach area socializing & riding with fellow enthusiasts. Unlike other " freerides ", JetFest actually only consists of the Saturday evening raffle. No agenda throughout the weekend , simply enjoy hanging out & riding in the beautiful Adirondack region on the crystal clean Sacandaga Lake. A massive body of water encompassing three counties in NYS. A truly desirable tourist location, both the lake & campground facilities are picturesque & beyond pwc friendly.
The Rockered Waveblaster build will be extensively documented on both the pwc related message boards, as well as social media sites this offseason. The build will be a collaborative process with both parts & labor provided by numerous Northeast pwc industry related businesses & riders.
JetFest is the longest running consecutive charity based freeride in the Northeast & has generated substantial monetary donations for numerous deserving entities. Once again, a portion of the 2015 event proceeds will be donated to Morgan Baker who still suffers from a traumatic brain injury - with the remainder being donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
In terms of the actual Rocker Waveblaster Raffle ski - here is where we are currently at ;
Wes Nichols, a B1 buddy from Florida has generously donated a blaster hull. Classy move by a great guy !
Fixt Composites is donating & installing the rocker kit.
Rad Dudes are donating some sweet custom parts & helping with the build.
CT Watercraft is donating both parts & build support.
XScream has generously donated a Power Factor exhaust system.
SBT generously donated a motor & some cool cosmetics.
WetWerX will also be donating parts & build support.
Westside Powersports is also donating parts & build support.
ESI Powersports will too be donating parts & build support.
Thank you to the aforementioned & thanks in advance to the riders who will offer & donate parts & help with the build !
We are going to need some parts for this raffle ski - needs are as follows ;
Superjet gas tank
B1 mid shaft
& probably a few more items as we get deeper into it.
If you have any parts which you wish to donate, please post up so in this thread.
Save the date & stay tuned throughout the offseason for continuous updates regarding the build.

Thanks Dart - good looking out. The Northeart Watercraft Alliance ( NEWA ) website is being completely rebuilt & should be up & running 01/01/15, or shortly thereafter. The new site will contain further information pursuant to JetFest.
The 2015 JetFest raffle will consist of three custom watercraft ;
A Rockered Waveblaster equipped with a Power Factor exhaust.
A Square Nose Superjet, also equipped with an aftermarket exhaust.
A Custom Conversion Ported 701 Wavejammer equipped with an aftermarket exhaust, pump conversion & some other cool mods.
Raffle tickets are $5.00 per entry & winners need not be present in order to win. However, if you live in the Northeast, JetFest is the one recreational pwc event you don't want to miss attending.

Thanks Beerdart, that helps a lot. Most likely just will purchase some tickets. If that is possible.

CJ River Rider - either or both, participants gather & base from the campground because many attendees spend the weekend there & also it features a large public beach. However, there is no requirement to stay the night or weekend, yet most people make a weekend out of it due to the cost of a campsite, which is only $24 per day/night - also, the campground has restrooms, showers, etc, so it's cost effective & convenient.
