    Gonna buy an 07 RXT

Going to buy an RXT, my dealer recommeded it over the Kawi 250.
My RXP has performed flawlessly so Sea Doo has my vote.

    Just a few questions:
Whats a good price? Dealer offered me $11,700.00
What speed are you guys getting?
    What the fuel range?
What is prefered Red or yellow?
Whats the ride vs the RXP

I am going for the metal washers right away, any tips from you RXT owners?

Is that out the door? If not, that is quite high for U.S., (MSRP is $11,600 but nobody pays that) you can find an RXT for under 10K if you shop around (see link at bottom) but with the tarriffs and other taxes you likely are paying due to your location maybe it's okay. When we got ours one dealer wanted $26K, we shopped around and got two on a Shorelander trailer (out the door) for $22,300. What did you pay for your RXP?

Average about 66+ mph GPS, in cooler weather it gets faster. With a few bolt-ons you'll be close to 70.

According to some Ultra owners I have talked with, about 1/3 more to twice that of the Ultra 250.

Both good, but I prefer the 2006 metallic colors (biased)

Better stability, better hook up in rough water/chop.

You might look into the extended warranty, can you get that over there? You have a year to buy it so no hurry. Ours have also been flawless, great machines.

That price is out the door Riva Showroom in Florida. So you think I can get them down to $10,000? That would be great. Where did you get your RXT from?

Hope you're ready for a shock on fuel use.
Here's a guy selling his for that reason:

And another guy who estimates his Ultra uses twice the fuel of RXT:

Range is important, on average I ride 50 miles and like to have extra to wild-out. The Ultra looks impressive but whenever I read Team Moto's report I wonder if Kawasaki is going to make all those improvements next year. Its just too early to buy the 250 IMO. I already have filters, S/C tools & mod expierence with the 4-tech. The single most RXT selling factor is the closed-loop system. I ride in concenrated salt which usually kills a mtor before wear and tear does.

Got the RXt for 10,500 before tax, Continental trailer was 650.00. $11,800 out the door. Checked a few other dealers and they were sold out. Guess its that time of year where demand goes out the roof.
