    Will the ultra 250x visor fit a 300x?

    Was looking at the late Skip Holmes Ram air mod from a few yrs back,I'm looking at possibly doing this air mod,they seem somewhat the same shape on the hood,part # definitely different,luv that scoop the 250x has..

    Anybody try this,the 250x picked up some RPMs for what was discussed.

    Would have to be open class if its a racer. I have seen quite a few different ways people are letting more air in though. Never got much feedback on if it works though

    It's seems interchangeable if I had to , just change back to the stock 300 visor, could also block off the holes at the back of the hood where the air would exit.

    Wow ,thought we've seen all the Ultra air mods!

    103,950 yen = $832 + shipping..

    Skips design would cost $25-30 for the visor and some drilling tools and hardware ,but would it fit,snug.

    dont say i never share heres the cheapest and easiest slipped over the trumpet and combined with this

    Thanks,but looking for more of a Ram air mod where air is drawn from outside like Skips,might just go back to the one I put together last yr ..

    Its seems the hood latch designs are different ,the 300 is a two piece visor the 250/260 is one for what I can see from pics..

    I agree.. It's not like a drag car and you are doing 200 plus to get any real benefit from the slight pressure created..
    Although.. How big is this ram air scoop you have envisaged? 3ft x 5ft might have some gain at lower speeds
