This is what I have and is of excellent quality using stock water box or TDR water box.

Go to Riva's website and download the instructions with pictures to give you some ideas.

Really opens up the room in the back for access.

Sure you could make it yourself, but this is a real sweet setup……..

Looks good, would I be able to run no waterbox? I have heard with no waterbox the ski will take water in?

Without a WB the ski will be VERY VERY loud and annoying to others, is that what you really want? WHat performance gain do you think you will obtain?

The large hump in the exhaust tube is to trap air and keep water from back flowing into the wb, so if you don't have it, yes water could come back into the exhaust manifold without a wb.

    Good luck with your effort.

Just looking for some more sound, no wb might be to loud, do you have much drone with your setup?

I have zero drone noise or resonance because the exhaust tip is on the left side and not in the stock tunnel location (blocked off).

I have run the Riva exhaust tubing with the stock WB for years and currently have the TDR exhaust installed. The TDR is slightly louder, takes up less space inside the hull, and has a noticeable throttle response gain over stock WB.
