2005 Rxp what kinda hours are they good for?

Been offered a 2005 rxp at a decent price as the owner doesnt use it anymore, all works im led to believe and all original apart from rebuilt charger but id do that anyway and prop wear ring/service etc.Its got 200odd hours on it and whilst i know its nothing to the engine its still 10years old and original pump unit etc and dont really want to blow a forutune replacing stupid costly items if you get me?
What kinda hours is the craft in general good for on average before needing bits rebuilt/replaced?
I know itd depend condition kept but id say by sound he keeps it well and rides mainly fresh water.

BRP rates the 4-tec to last 650 hours. Many go more and many go less. All depends on the use and how they were put in storage.

I've seen many with more then 1600hrs on them, running strong and supercharger being the only major component to rebuilt or replace.

05 models had a few defective parts from the factory that can grenade and be very costly.
    Exhaust valves... s/c ceramic washers.
With thise 2 main issues resolved it's all in how you maintain it..

What would be considered a 4tec rotax engine rebuild? Replacing the whole engine with a new or rebuilt? Replacing piston rings, valves, springs and all associated bearings? What about pumps?
