Kosh did you personally remove the jetpump from the 150?
I only ask because it's been said in the forums that the 150's came with the stainless wear ring, and yours looks like the aluminum with stainless liner. Just trying to get to the bottom of things.

    Yes I did,
ive owned 3 (2x 04 models) and worked on a few more and all had the alloy with the sleeve. Two needed replacements due to swelling, full stainless was supplied under the original part number from bike bandit.
The only one that is perfect I didn't need, it's the one for sale.

At least I'm staying true to the original design idea as the doo pump fitted now has a stainless liner, and yes it to has an automatic clearance adjuster

I am not a computer guy so please bare with me.. My girl has an MX150, 2004 60 hours-ish. It has intermittent issues. it ran fine at first then it got wet (rollover). I replaced the sensors that a webber engine guy in canada said were bad after I sent him the ECU and sensors to ref lash and check. ( I would send them back to him to check but have lost his contact info, He was a nice guy. SO IF YOUR READING THIS (Canadian Guy) PLEASE RESPOND BACK).
The problem is it only goes 35 miles an hour,,,, BUT sometimes, usually after a bump it will shoot up to over 70mph.. When I cleaned it up after ingesting all the water and dumping oil everywhere I did clean everything with brake cleaner on hard parts and electronic cleaner on elect parts and connections. THEN I DID add NiGel (as directed in manual) to every connection,,,,,,, (Apparently NOT as directed in manual..) I DID put it on some of the ones it says not to put it on. And since the wiring harness was still in the ski I may not have cleaned them as well as I did first time. With all the messing around and "HELPERS" I've had the harness may be damaged..
What would you sell all the electrical stuff for USD and do you know what it would take to get it into the States (USA)

    shipping address would be

    Dayton, OH 45409-2121

also maybe the housing and impeller
