    300x Intake hose pops off?

hi guys, on my 2011 300x the hose that connects to my aftermarket intake pops off because it cant sit on the intake properly, ive tried zip tie and clamping it but it cant stay off, this hose goes to what i believe is the wastegate? would i be able able to take this hose off completely? because it will come off anyway, is it a must have? i cant work out why you went to the trouble fitting a supposedly after market performance intake yet you still have the bov connected!!!
remove the valve and plate it off..

btw cap the intake off with a rubber door stopper before you injest water..

I'll block the intake hole off, for the moment can I just put a filter on the end of the thing at the back of the intercooler? Btw is it a wastegate or bov???

I've clamped them both now, so would the bov one matter with no door stopper on the end?

Do as you like, I personally remove them and replace with a block off plate others screw the spring tension up to seal them, some as you try the shortcut that looks good in the garage. Do what you are comfortable with.
