    Aluminium tubes installation problem

Hello i am trying to put the aluminium tubes (
RIVA Sea-Doo RXP-X/RXT-X 260 Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit). at my rxt is 260 (2010) but i see that is extremely hard to install them . Also i have install the power filter kit .First of all from the one side the alu tube is on or very close to the base of the back ecu from side of the battery , probably the aluminium tube will touch and rub with the iron so i will destroy the tubes .at the same time from the other side the alu tube that goes out from the turbo at the first corner is almost on the other alu tube ....again the same problem the one tube will rub the other ...and both the lenght of the tubes and spesially the one from the battery side are just without any space ...probably the intercooler or from the motor side will rub again the alu tubes. I think this tubes are not so good for our motor as they will need more time to install them and after i will destroy somethink in there and probably after sometime somethink will be destroyed .any thoughts. or help i am doing somethink wrong .....or what do you propose

You have to play around with the Riva pipes to get them in there correctly. With mine, it seems like I never put back in the same way twice.

i think i will cut the ends and make shorter the tube .but i dont understand how riva made such a bad work ...they must take care and make it better in the future ..

I found them pretty straight forward to install, just use lube on the silcone coupers.

sakiss6 , First be sure you have part # RS17090-TK , I suggest taking straps off your intercooler to allow a bit of play while installing tubes. I have attached a link to instructions to help http://www.rivaracing.com/instructions/rs17090_tk.pdf

Do not cut or bend the pipes that is not required. They will fit you just have to take your time and read instructions.
