Ok, block sleeved and bored back to standard bore. .004 clearance on brand new cp pistons, reconditioned one used rod and everything rebalanced. Balance was still spot on. Reassembled and back in where it belongs. I have to make one new pipe from turbo to intercooler and work on the turbo downpipe. Hoping to run it this weekend. Upgraded to id1000 injectors, running motec now.

I think your gonna have to go open loop to get the cooling down... just my 2 cents. Turbos generate so much heat.

Ive been slowly realizing that, that brings about an entire new animal of cooling to figure out though. I really wanted to stay closed loop but I dont thing thats going to happen.

Open loop for sure here is my mess , I have 2 coming from pump turned back into 1 in hull then into inter cooler, out cooler to bottom front Exhaust manifold ,out exhaust on the J-pipe , to the water pump connection lower rear of motor with valve here open wide, out top of head to the oil cooler on side , then out the back thru hull. there is also a pisser off the EX and 1 off the inter-cooler air exit . No thermostat causes to much pressure, I have 2 water pressure gauges 1 on head 16 psi max, 1 on inter-cooler 30 psi hope this helps ...I had it dual before with different set up .
