    out off round big end

i'm rebuilding my 2006 motor with carrillo rods and my big end bearings are out off round big time.
i measured the out of round with and without my bearings.

    without bearings : 0.025 mm 0.001 inch
    with bearings : 0.08 mm 0.003 inch

when i torque the bolts of my rods to spec, my crankshaft completely locks up.

does anybody know the specs for the out off round, i couldn't find it in the workshop manual

No i marked the caps when i pulled them off and on the carrillo rods are numbers ingraved also, so i have double markings i checked to be sure.

the rods have 15 hours on the them of racing, and the bearings i use are from ACL/ king bearings.
i ordered a set of oem bearings for comparison
