ID:	350147Here is the issue, guessing the piston snagged on the power valve/ exhaust port? i do not visible see any damage on the head or cyl wall, but I need your opinions on what happened, what caused it and how to fix it. I appreciate the knowledge here better than anywhere else. Thank you!

I have the cylinder off, I do not see anythin, def looks like the ring snagged on the exhaust port. Struggling to see how to get the clip off to remove the piston, any tips? I am a little heavier than I used to be not as easy to fit the big head down there to see it

    This link helped... http://www.bigboyzheadporting.com/showthread.php?t=82
one clip was really stuck in there, once I got the hook tool from the local auto parts store, the other clip popped out like it should of.... Used a deep well socket to tap the pin out. Here is what the piston looks like. Any advise is appreciated!

You better go through the carbs and perform leakdown test in case the front seal is bad. That is a major lean burndown.

Check the oil lines on the carbs as well. They have a tendency to fall off since they arent connected with real hose clamps. I put an oil block off kit on mine for $10 and pre-mix it. 0% chance of running with no oil then.
