The Solas will give you great torque and pull from holeshot to top speed 72-73mph with a SCOM but you'll lose some RPMs (100-150) and a little top speed (-1mph) over a stock prop ..

The stock prop spins up quicker in RPMs with its leaner 13* leading edge blades and will probably give you 1/2 -1 mph faster on top speed with its 21-22* trailing edge blade..

Looking at the Solas chart, it lists the 14/21 for a stock to "limited" ski.

    Should work well.

I call bs on jetdave a 14/21 gives more top speed than a stock with less rpms. The advantage is if you can gain more rpms its quicker again over stock with safer rpm

    Really?

Do log in air temp ,humidity ,water current, gas ,additional modifications etc when you compare prop top speed side to side?

I do and keep a journal, unless you swap props one after another at the docks and do your own testing and compare, all the above conditions can make a 1-2 mile difference or less..

Others on here have said the same thing as I maybe others have agreed with your statement but I'm not gonna have an internet argument over 1/2 -1 mph speed opinion,I'm sure the Seadoo and Yami crowd would get a laugh..

Nj hope your skis running well ,dont want you to blow it up like what .. like the 6th 7th ski?

Really 6th or 7th just shows how much you actually know of me and what speeds my ski does with a 14/21. Oneday you will realize no two days are ever the same with this ski. I can assure you if the stock prop was faster i would have it fitted..

Whatever things are obviously different in your part of the world. Funny how all others that run the 14/21 think differently.
