Sealing unused sponson holes?
I have aftermarket sponsons on my Virage and I have 2 unused holes on each side that I think need to be sealed. What should I use for this? Any caulk is fine? Should I put a screw in there?
I'm thinking 4200 would be too much should I want to move the sponsons later.
Don't believe I should just leave the holes exposed.

From everything I've read, you should use shorter bolts to seal them.

When I put the worx sponsons on my sl last spring I just filled the remaining holes with clear silicone. The ski only gets left in the water for a few nights/days a year and doesn't take on any water. Yet lol
Shorter bolts with some rtv silicone would work too.

A bolt with a flat washer and a rubber washer will do the trick. No messy silicone to deal with if you want to use the hole again.
