You looking for a good condition one that can be reused... or one that could be used as a core to be re-nik'ed?

    Cheers!

You will pay the same amount of money for a good used one as it would cost to send your damaged one in and have it replated. Then you have a new cylinder. New Piston and you are good to go. The SPI pistons can be had for about 60 bucks new.

Also... if you're looking to buy some new rings for your standard MSX 140 pistons... don't buy the +1mm oversized Polaris 1200cc engine rings (84mm stock +1mm oversize = 85mm needed).

Instead, buy Polaris XC 800 snowmobile rings. Those are 85mm stock (same as MSX 140) and designed for Nikasil cylinders (like MSX 140). Even the XC 800 pistons can be used in the MSX 140.

    Cheers!

I called Millennium yesterday to get some prices on repairing my damaged MSX 140 pieces. I was quoted:
    - $263 to re-plate one cylinder
    - ~$150 to repair/weld my damaged lower case
    - $75 to recondition my pot-marked cylinder head

    Cheers!
