i dont know how accurate this is but its cheap

Does it just read whole numbers or does it also give you tenths?

Doesnt look like it would be too accurate. We measure to the tenth and it saying it would read within + or - 1 mph. That could be a big difference to some people.

Yeah + or - 1mph is a big deal especially when you're striving for tenths.

I used to have one similar before I got my radar gun, and it was not very accurate or useful.
Get a good GPS, that would be your best bang for the buck.
