Does anyone know what the DMV uses to laminate registrations and liscences? Not the hologram stuff, just that hardcore waterproof plastic that they use at dmv. I have a bunch of reg cards that need some protection.

I can`t help ya with the hard plastic, but I went to Staples and bought some 9X12 self laminating sheets part # 73603, it`s not to thin, not thick but does a decent job keeping the documents safe.
also: I cut a piece slightly larger than the inspection sticker on your windshields, so they don`t get the edges torn up when cleaning the glass!!!...PR...

I havn't had much luck with the office store stuff, but I really like that idea about the inspection sticker.
