X supercharger housing on factory seadoo wake pro 215hp ski

Took my supercharger off my 2012 seadoo wake pro to have rebuilt, upon disassembly the 215hp wheel was a little small for the housing the engine side housing #6867180 the outer side housing #6867154 I've sent brp e mail on the supercharger and they are suppost to contact me so ill keep posting updates. wondering if anyone else has this issue? I wouldn't think this is normal for superchargers

Yes the SCer Impeller is completly different on the two. One is a 127mm Wheel and the X is a 137mm wheell. So you can not just swap houseings. Just buy a X Impeller from the classifieds as some one out there has done a upgrade to there X and has one istting around. Also Order a V-tech Flash if you are anything other than stock as your Air fuel will be off. Also Your ski is limited at 67-68nyway so flash ECU.

No there are two different Superchargers that come on a Seadoo.... The 215 SCed has a Smaller 127mm impeller and the 260's have a 137mm. Also a few other differences. Like Injs. Internal IC VS. External. The ECU is mapped different aswell. Same ECU just different Tune.

Im gonna throw my take on what I would do.

    Get a V-tech tune
External IC ( Fizzle is great)
Brand new X SCer or drop a Upgrade into your X houseing if you want even more.
    Stock Set of 260 Injecters.
    Solas prop.
4inch air intake with a Riva flame arrester removal kit.

Bam youll have a wicked ski.

Yep 137 back housing with 127 wheel and 127 front housing ...

it was done to suit both 127 and 137 sc .

Its a bit of a win as u can fit a 137 drop wheel with 137 front with no machine work to back plate .

Makes it easier to mod a 215. Just put in a drop in ET 137mm wheel.
