99 xpl 951 exhaust water injection mods

hey everyone, i have a question about doing any water injection mods such as stinger jet, jetting waterbox, etc. All of this on a stock pipe, the boat has prok f/a's 167.5 hs, 95 ls(no accel) and 2.3 seats. The exhaust is stock other than no resonator and transom exit, i am just trying to squeeze some more performance out

Water inject a 97.5 pipe and you will get bottom and top end gains.

you can also mill the journals on the intake manifold. This was a Bill Oneil or a Miller mod. They also said you would gain a little by using the thinner 08 manifold gaskets. This was a good stock class mod back in the 90s. I don't remember where I picked up that tip, you might be able to find something about it on Bills forum page?
