This is the exact same stuff as polymorph. A thermo setting polymer. Honestly this stuff is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I have made soo many repairs and bult custom pieces with this stuff its not even funny. Imagine playdoh that you can heat up and re mold again. Its as strong as abs plastic, sandable, paintable and is rock solid. I build and tweak spearguns as well and everyone of my guns has a custom fitted handle made from this stuff.

While I love this stuff more then most people should, It wont going to work on the plastic seadoo hulls at all..

Here are a few things ive done with that stuff.

I would think a plastic welder would work on the Spark hull.

Great info it looks great the work you have done.

Why do you think it wouldn't be good on the hull because of the polytec beening different the plastic on the spear gun ?

There is a chance that it could work, I've never seen the material that seadoo uses, but the way i figure, its about the equivalent of trying to weld dissimilar metals together. It bonds to many materials, but there are some its just falls right off of.

Give it a whirl, if your ski falls apart mid ride and sinks, we'll all know not to use it.
