Thumbs up 05 rxp 215 best bang for you buck mod?

Hey everyone. New here, just bought my rxp 3 days ago, and wanting to know what's the best bang for you buck mod. I like speed, but I also want reliability. It's already had the supercharger completely rebuilt by the dealer 20hrs ago, not because of a failure. Just because. It's also bone stock. Any input would be great

Cold air and prop then X-Chargers are getting fairly cheep with a set of 42's you have a 70plus ski.
The all mods above would get you 73-75.

I might ad make sure the valves have been up-dated along with the charger.

    got bad news for you
    the 05 has bad valves
so the best upgrade is new valves with HD springs and then sping the motor closer to 9000
rpm is speed with direct drive
do a search on here and you will find posts of the carnage when a valve brakes
if that don't worry you then its time to upgrade to at least a X charger on that ski
you should also do supporting mods that include a ecu flash for extra rpm

I've seen all of the stuff about the vavles, isn't there a way to check some numbers on the stems to see if there the sodium filled or newly updated

you can remove the rocker cover and using your phone, take a picture of the numbers on top. of the valve stems.. think its in the "how to" section in seadoo section.

i have a 04 rxp, it gets the crap beaten out it by my kids. soon to be freshened up.. as its got a turbo to put up with

Also anyone put a blow off vavle on these other then the over priced riva stuff. I would imagine it would prolong the life if the charger due to less slippage

Blow off valves on seadoo's are useless your running high boost, they're prone to boost leaks. I have had many issues in the past with them. I'm sure some one else will back that up.

Just changed all the valves with supertech. That was a fun and easy job, put 25miles on it. Seems to be just fine. 8050 rpm and dream O meter at 71
