HOW TO: Install Fizzle F1000 Intercooler OEM 255 & 260 Upgrade
For those of you that previously purchased the Fizzle F1000 intercooler, you can reference these install instructions which will also soon be provided on Fizzle's site.
The only difference is that the out water line was previously being connected down behind the IBR motor close to the flush port. For simplicity the stock hose was coupled and extended.

This is a great kit and performed very well. Previously with my OEM setup and 8950 limiter I was running 8940 with spike of 8960 rpm and would drop to 8840 (100 rpm loss on speed run). With the Fizzle RPM stayed at 8940 with spikes of 8960 rpm. I may of gained RPM, but since I was so close to or on the limiter, I didnt see RPM gain. Since my first test, I raised the limiter to 9100 and will get out again and see what it will do. I am sure there is a gain!
This same core yielded very nice gains in my FZR compare to the Type 14 IC and ET18 wheel.

Hmmmm... I read the discribtion five times - but I miss the part, where the water hoses are connecting to the intercooler.
Which hose to which fitting? And realy - the set comes with a pug for the bleeding hose?

I looked through the document and looks like you are right. I will fix it and upload an updated document later tonight. I will also provide Fizzle with the updated document too.
The in water line identified in the instructions will go to the top 90 degree water fitting in the intercooler.
The out water line identified in the instructions will go to the bottom straight water fitting in the intercooler.
Yes. The kit will come with a plug for the OEM bleeder line since it will not be used with the Fizzle IC setup.

I know Gus - I know .
I think this is a important sentence that must be in your documentation.
"Those are the bailers. Just make sure they are zip tied up high. You can zip tie them to the intercooler strap."
In your last picture of your documentation, I think there are gone...
...and donīt forget to mention the FIZZLE sticker!
