I tried to push in and down like my RXPX 260, but am failing. Please any and all advise..

Im removing my stock set up for new XXX. Just need a little Help. The tabs are a bitch.

Gus the Bessel looks to come off first and on my RXPX the Bessel had to be pushed down and out. But this one is just not moving. Then the top plastic steering cover comes off to get to all the cables and stuff.
I am very frustrated. So, I took the night off as it was pissing me off these dam plastic tabs. There a pain in the ass.

Did you remove the rear gauge cover??? It can be a PITA if you have never done one before...

What steering are you installing?? You know that the steering on a GTX and RXT is WAY different than a RXPX...

Open the hood and remove the storage bucket. Lower the stock steering all the way to the glove box so you can remove the back gauge cover. There are 2 little tabs on each side, you can use a dental pick or something to stick between the cover and the steering/gauge bezel.

The GTR/RXP/RXPX all mount to the body in some way shape/form. The GTX/RXT all mount to the lower hood/upper body bezel.

The pic that has the "body" in it...The steering bolts to the sides of #62.

The back of the gauge is in the other pic. The bezel will come off easier once the whole gauge pod is off the ski...

I may order a new bezel as I put little marks on it and I am anal I hate them.

Thank you very much my friend. The way the Bezel came off is much different than my RXPX 260. I have every thing off and taking a break will post pics in my IM back thread.
