    Jetting suggestions

Need a little help here guys, here's what I have...

    2002 GPR
    1200cc
    160psi compression
    stock cdi
    3* key way
    stock reeds
    50mm buckshot BRM carbs

Now I want to try a dominator manifold and a plain r&d manifold.

So I need jetting suggestions for both cause I'm pretty sure the dominator requires more fuel than a normal manifold.

Let me know what you guys think cause I have no idea

    Need...

    Main:
    Pilot:
    N/S:
    Spring:
    Pop off pressure range:

    I really appreciate it guys.

    -Jon

Jon, thats going to be a really tuff !

Did Andrew Buck even make these carbs for a GPR or are these individuals you bought? I remember using these on XPLs 10 years ago with decent results but the signal strength was so low it was hard to get them to snap off the line. If Buckshot is still in business I think Andrew would be the best to help you with jetting. Please don't think I am blowing you off, just don't think anyone is using them.

Do you have this configuration up and running? Maybe some pics of current piston wash would help.

    It's all good Duke...

Yeah andrew did make them for the GPR and Buckshot is still in business but they do not have anything to do with carbs anymore, they make dune buggies.

I havn't had this set up running yet so I don't have any piston wash pictures to show you.

Maybe someone else can chime in otherwise I will have to take a shot in the dark.

Give Andrew a call. He was always helpful back in the day, maybe he can narrow it down a bit to just a shot in the twilight!? Those carbs had great top end! Whatever manifold you use will have to be cut to fit.

I will have to do that..see what he says.

I have several different manifolds I was going to use. Heres a picture of the adapters I had custom made to fit the carbs to any aftermarket manifold.

    Thanks Duke!
