my scooter cavitates when bang on the gass in wot.
i have a little water ingress inside the hull after i take the scooter on land after driving for some hours.
    i have
1.changed the inlett grate to riva.
    2.R&D pump seal
    3.new solas impeller Srx-cd 14-19
    4.new wear ring.

    and it still cavitates
i know about the carbon seal problem. and will try to change it first and then zip tie it.
i dont have any black sign in the hull on that my carbon seal is worn. how can i messuare that ?
i will try to take 2 zip ties on the protective boot and see if this sort out my problem with cavitation on the wot from start.
it only cavitates on the start if i bang it,
if i slowly press it upp on rpm in the start and then bang it, then it doesnt cavitates !
i hope this zip tie trick works for me

    Thanks guys!

    best regards Stein!

but after loosen the c clip under the Supporter ting, is it just to pull out the axle behind ?

Question, if you put the band on the bellows, the only way it can expand under pressure is forward. Does this push the driveshaft forward harder against the engine and thus the trust washer in the engine? What stops the driveshafts forward motion? the engine?

I have fitted many Bellow bands ... Never had a problem with trust washer ...

but if the engine drive shaft forward and aft play isn't correct , then there may be an issue ...

the band does work and well...

I usually change the carbon seal every 100 hours.I only use OEM parts, and I replace everything at the same time. Carbon seal, collar, o rings, c clip, driveshaft plug and carbon seal bellow. Speedfreeks bellow band works great, if you can get ahold of them
