Oil Block Off Plate And Insert
I just bought a oil injection block off plate with insert and plugs off ebay for 12 bucks.
What all do I need to do after I put it in? Any adjustments to carbs or just premix 40:1. I have a 95 SLT750.

You want to fatten it up just a bit as the oil takes up some fuel volume. Just keep an eye on your plugs and piston wash.

Fatten it up just a bit? Does that mean turn the hi and low speed screws out ccw a little.
Is there a gasket or O ring that will need replacing after I take the pump off?
Can I zip tie the oil float up so it thinks it's full or what?

What all goes back in besides the insert or plug. does any of the old parts I pull out like spacers or the bushing go back in. what holds the insert in place?
Do I need to put some grease or something on the insert?

Just the plug and the plate. That is all.

Use some good gasket sealer for the plate.

Will the insert be loose in there does it need grease?
