Riva Upgraded Sponsons on GTX?
So...I have a '13 GTX 260. It has nonadjustable sponsons. The RXT-X has the same hull and gets adjustable ones. So I was considering retrofitting the adjustable ones onto my ski so I can tune my handling. Looked around and see that Riva sells adjustable sponsons for all the S3 hulls. Cool. Then I notice they have a "pro" sponson kit that's supposedly only for the RXP-X and RXT-X. This one is more adjustable (5 heights instead of 3) and also includes the horizontal fin (and the angle of that is also adjustable). What gives? Will the pro kit not fit my GTX? Would there be any reason not to get it?
Thanks in advance.

If I'm not mistaken the wholes do not line up with the original ones. You can drill new holes into the hull and install it that way. What kind of riding will you be doing that you're thinking of doing this?

You will have to re drill holes as they do not line up also purchase oem backing plates for the sponsons to mount on. The Riva pro series sponsons kit is just the blades with no backing plate.
