Couple things, first you will not gain any more top speed unless you get rid of the limiters that are set in place, and a stock prop will get you around 73 to 74 at 8450 rpm, but a Solas will be a more efficient prop. It really depends on your goal but if you plan on Leaving it stock a prop will do very little for you.

I agree 100%... Leave it stock unless your gonna remove limiters.

15/21 is way too much prop for a stock ski.

If you decide to flash the ski I would use a 15/19 a 21 is to much prop.

Ok so the bigger the pitch angle (steeper) on your prop the more load on your engine, the more power you require to push it and the less angle on your prop less power required. So when looking at a props pitch the first number relates to acceleration and the second number is top speed. The 15/19 will require less power to spin it to optimal rpm which will be more suited to your application where as if you put a 15/20 or 15/21 in you will lose speed, rpm and this being "too much prop" Check my sig out, I have a stage 4 setup with a et70-145 being one of the biggest chargers made for seadoo's and I'm using a 15/20 reptich to a 15/20.5.
