Considering trading in on 14 RXTX

Local dealership has a used 14 RXTX with 5 hrs on it that I really like. I have a 08 215hp GTX that has 33 hrs on it in really great shape that I am considering trading in..what kind of offers do you think I can expect for my GTX? I understand it depends a lot on mark up of there ski...but I like to cut thru the bull sorta quick with them but I really didn't know where to start.

Resale value is highly based upon location but you can probably expect to get about $3,500 USD tops on trade in for that ski.

If it's like the dealers around here you absolutely won't get shit for it. Sell it outright and put that towards the ski IMO

$3500 trade for your ski. Mark my words. They have to get it fro next to nothing so they can sell it with the average price of ski's. If your ski sells for $5000 then they can't give you $4500. I see 08 here go for $4500 TO $5500. so you can bet dealers trade around $3500.

Yeah same up here, your stuff is worthless and the dealers item is made of gold!!!
Only traded 1 thing to a dealer, just sell everything yourself.

If they offer you more than $3k I would be surprised.

Offer them $8K cash (plus tax) and your '08 ski as trade-in. Anything more than that I would walk (make sure they are fully aware of that). One price off, no back-and-forth to manager crap!

Blue book (trade) on your ski is right at $4k.

last July, the same week I was making the deal for my 2013 RXT-X 260, I sold my 2007 RXT 215 (with 130Hrs) on Cragislist for $5600.00 with the trailer.... it sold in a week.
    paid 12,500.00 for my leftover '13 RXT-X 260
