    Time for a change...

Stock '06 RXP. Wanna slowly but surely start modding.
If I purchased a Sea Doo RXP R&D Aquavein Scoop Intake Grate is it necessary to upgrade the impeller or no?
Also, is removing opas really worth the trouble?

    Thanks.

    - 4" air intake.
    - ET127 wheel in the S/C.
    - 42lb injectors.
    - Impeller repitch.

Easy bolt on stuff that's a proven set up.

I thought removing opas would also remove a little bit of drag for "slight" performance increase. No?

Cool. Thanks. I'm assuming 42lb injectors allow more fuel flow? Wouldn't I have to adjust air flow at the same time for proper mixture? (I also assume that's why you recommend the 4" air intake)

So the ET 127 works with stock 215 internal cooler?

Works with anything it's a supercharger wheel that provides more boost very similar to an X charger. I had this set up on an 04 RXP with the stock internal intercooler and I was running 73 on GPS with a mid range pull that would put a smile on your face. Works even better with an external intercooler.

Check this vid about the 55 sec mark and see how it pulls away from a stock 185hp GTX.

More vids of the RXP on the YouTube channel if you want to look around.
